The Chair issues a notice of a resolution to be passed without a general meeting (they can do this in Quarter). Owners then vote in Quarter, and once 53 owners (75%) are on board then the motion is passed. We may need to contact your existing manager at this point to confirm voting eligibility details.
We’ll work with your existing manager (or you if you’re self managed) to get the necessary documentation loaded up into Quarter in time for the switchover date that’s in the proposal.
That’s it! Owners will start receiving communications from Quarter. We’ll let you know when things need to be done, and you can log in to quarter.nz to see everything at any time.
