Worried about getting some extra support when you need it? Quarter can help.

Most years a building needs the software and nothing else. Some years it needs a return filed, a document read properly, or somebody to run the meeting that decides on a major work. You do not have to take a management contract to get that — talk to us about what your building needs and we will quote the piece you actually want.

Building review / healthcheck
An independent look over the whole building — the records, the finances, the long-term maintenance plan, the insurance and what the legislation expects of you.
Tax filing
Returns prepared and filed for the body corporate, using the financial records already in Quarter.
Legal document review
Your operational rules, a contract or a management agreement read by somebody who does this for a living, with what to change and why.
AGM hosting
Somebody independent to chair the meeting, keep it to the agenda and see the resolutions put properly — useful when the year's decisions are contentious.
Major works proposals
Scoping, quotes and the funding case for a big job, put to owners as a proposal they can actually vote on.
Account management
A named person who knows your building, for the stretches where the committee needs somebody to hand things to.

Or ask the Manager in the app — it will put you in touch with the right person.

You might be wondering...

Is there a minimum number of units?

Quarter works for Body Corporates of any size, from a 3-unit townhouse to a 200-unit apartment building. The per-unit price means it scales with the building rather than with a contract.

Can we start with Community and add the rest later?

That's the usual path, and it's why the parts are priced separately. Community is free and it's the part every owner in the building touches, so it's the one that shows up first. Governance and Finance can wait until the committee is ready for them.

What does beta mean for Governance and Finance?

That we set them up with you rather than pointing you at a signup page, and that they're still changing in response to what buildings tell us. Both are $6, and nothing about Community depends on taking them.

Does it cost more if we already have a manager?

No. A self-managed committee and a professionally managed building pay Quarter exactly the same, because they're using the same software — we're not paid differently for sitting alongside somebody else's contract. If you want help with something specific, that's a conversation rather than a different price; see the support options below.

Are there any lock-in contracts?

No. Quarter is month to month. If you decide it's not for you, cancel any time and your records are ready to hand over — at no charge, which is not true of every contract you'll be comparing this against.
