Install EV charging
Chargers sit in bays and draw power everybody's levies pay for unless somebody says otherwise, so there are two questions here rather than one: whether they go in, and who carries the cost afterwards. This motion answers the first — how many, what they cost, which fund pays, and who maintains them. New South Wales names EV charging as a sustainability upgrade, so it is easier to pass than most changes to the building. Who pays for the power is a separate change to the by-laws.
