Software, what Quarter is made of

Propose. Discuss. Budget. Deliver.

One system for running a building, reachable from wherever the people in it already are. Here is what each part does, how it works, and what it deliberately doesn't.

A committee dashboard in Quarter

Nobody has to learn a new app.

Every owner can have Quarter, and plenty want it. But wanting it should not be the price of being included. Quarter comes to the apps people already have open, so somebody who would rather never see another login is in the same conversation as somebody who lives in the dashboard.

The same goes for the people who do the work. None of them need an account for Quarter to reach them, and their replies land on the job rather than in somebody's inbox.

How that works

A message to the building's number. The QR code on a posted letter opens the same thread.

Every building has its own addresses, and any mail client will do. Write in, reply, or forward a bill.
The web
For anybody who wants it, and committees usually do. Same conversation as the other two.
