This proposal asks owners to approve installing EV charging points on common property at 159 Riverside Boulevard. It covers two things: putting in the chargers and the electrical work behind them, and metering each charger separately. Metering matters because unmetered charging power would be a common property cost paid by every owner, whether or not they drive an electric car. The number of chargers, the cost and which fund pays are left for the committee to confirm if not yet known. Because this is an improvement to common property, it is put as a special resolution, which needs broad support from owners at a general meeting.
