Operational rules are the body corporate's own rules for how the units and shared areas at 3-3G Dudley Terrace are used. This proposal asks the body corporate to set a rule on keeping animals: anyone living here could keep an animal, as long as it doesn't cause a nuisance or unreasonably bother other residents, and it is kept under control in the shared areas. Changing the rules is decided at a general meeting of the owners, not by the committee, and needs a majority of the votes cast. The new rule only takes effect once the change has been registered with the Registrar.
