What it does

WhatsApp, with nothing to install
A message to the building's number opens a thread that already knows which home it came from. So does the QR code on a posted letter.
Email, threaded properly
Every building has its own addresses. Write in, reply to a reply and you stay in the same thread. Forward a bill and it is read and filed.
The web, for the people who want it
Anybody can sign in, and committees usually do, the whole building on one screen. Same conversation as the other two, not a second copy of it.
Attachments arrive the same way
A photo of a leak, a forwarded invoice, a policy schedule. Files land on the conversation whichever door they came through.

How it works

  1. Inbound email is matched to a building by the address it was sent to and to a person by the address it was sent from, then handed to the same agent the web chat uses. Replies are threaded on the message id, so a long exchange stays one conversation.

  2. WhatsApp runs on the Cloud API. The handset is the proof of identity, that is what makes a claim from a posted letter work without a password.

  3. Every address a building sends from is assembled from that building's own jurisdiction. A committee reading an Australian dashboard on the New Zealand domain still sends and receives on the Australian one.
