Switching to Quarter

    Check out Quarter & review the proposal

    Claim your home and try out Quarter for yourself. If you like what you see, then add your support to the proposal.

  2. 2.

    The Chair calls for a vote

    The Chair issues a notice of a resolution to be passed without a general meeting (they can do this in Quarter). Owners then vote in Quarter, and once 9 owners (75%) are on board then the motion is passed.

  3. 3.

    We’ll manage the handover

    We’ll work with your existing manager (or you if you’re self managed) to get the necessary documentation loaded up into Quarter in time for the switchover date that’s in the proposal.

  4. 4.

    On the switchover date, you’re live!

    That’s it! Owners will start receiving communications from Quarter. We’ll let you know when things need to be done, and you can log in to quarter.nz to see everything at any time.
